DHR & Associates is a partnership formed in 1991 by Todd J. Reardon and James M. Desrosiers. Combined, these partners have over 29 years of full-time Constable experience. DHR is a FULL-TIME Constable service specializing in same day emergency service throughout New England. We pride ourselves in having the most reliable, professional Constable service in Massachusetts. (This office does not employ process servers, STRICTLY bonded and insured Constables).

DHR Offers:

• Free pick-up and drop-off of all your papers.
  
• Free subpoena preparation via phone, fax or mail, and now subpoenas can be sent to us via this website.
• Motions for appointment as special process servers (rule 4C) are filed free of charge at most superior courts and some district courts.
• Most important, DHR & Associates can handle rush services. Other process serving firms require a days notice for services, however, at DHR we understand the need for last minute services, and within reason, can usually serve your process the same day.

DHR & Associates has low rates. We charge only $29.00 to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville & Brookline. Many cities/towns are under $28.00 (for a specific fee to a city/town, please call for a quote or email us at info@dhrassociates.com). These fees are all inclusive. There are no additional charges for subpoena preparation, notarization, same day service or filing of Rule 4(c) Motions.

For the protection of our clients, we employ only BONDED AND INSURED CONSTABLES. DHR does not employ Process Servers. Process Servers are not bonded and many are not insured.
